SENATOR LEMAN moved to adopt the Senate Rules Committee Substitute                                                              
to HB 69 (K version).  SENATOR PEARCE objected for the purpose of                                                               
an explanation.                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
FATHER TOM MOFFATT, Senate Rules Committee Aide, explained the                                                                  
phrase "that are also licensed as a beverage dispensary" was added                                                              
to page 4, line 16 and on page 5, line 7.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
CHAIRMAN KELLY noted he heard no opposition to the committee                                                                    
substitute, although it may not resolve all problems in the                                                                     
Fairbanks area.                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR PEARCE removed her objection, therefore the motion to adopt                                                             
the Senate Rules Committee Substitute carried.                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
SENATOR LEMAN moved to calendar SCSHB 69(RLS).  There being no                                                                  
objection, the motion carried.
